政府大门保安出入的管理规则

1. 来访登记管理
1. registration management of visiting
1)非业主/租户进入管区的人员,须在大门接待处与被访问人进行电话确认,出示有效身份证件,并填写来访记录。
1) the non owners / tenants who enter the district shall have telephone confirmation at the gate reception desk, show valid identity documents and fill in the visiting record.
2)来访人员寻访不遇时,应当即离开,不得借故在管区逗留。

2. 加班登记管理

1)管区业主/租户需要装修,应提前1-3天向物业递交登记表,注明施工天数、时间、区域及施工人员名单。

2)施工人员进出管区应配合保安的验证、登记工作,并严格按登记表进出管区。

3)施工人员不得到施工区域以外逗留、游荡。

3. 送餐、送水、快件人员及物资回收人员管理规定

为维护管区的安全秩序,防止送餐、送水、快件及物资回收人员(以下简称外服人员)游窜楼层,特作如下规定:

1)外服人员进入管区前应经过电话确认,经允许,出示有效证件,进行登记后方可进入,离开时应到接待处注销。

2)外服人员进出管区实施限时制度,进入前约定滞留时间,并主动按约定时间离开管区。

3)外服人员应乘坐电梯进入指定区域,不得进行推销和进入非服务区域。

4. 携物出门及运送货物管理规定

为维护管区业主/租户的财产安全,确保管区的公共秩序,制定本规定。
These Provisions are formulated for the purpose of safeguarding the safety of owners and tenants of the district and ensuring the public order of the district.
1)凡由管区携出的大件、贵重物品应由物权单位出具出门凭证,保安人员核实收取出门凭证。
1) any large or valuable articles carried by the district shall be issued by the real right unit, and the security personnel shall verify the receipt.
2)装饰、装修人员携出的物品到保安部开具出门证明。
2) the items carried by decorators and decorators are issued to the security department for proof.
3)携带必需的危险物品进入管区应经过保安部审批、登记。

4)运送家具、大型设备等应提前1天申请,运送货物不得堵塞出入口及通道。
